RFA No. 923 of 2015 Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 26.3.2014 passed by this Court in RFA No. 5626 of 2010 ( State of Haryana and others Vs. Murti Devi and another) and also order dated 22.8.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 21223-21230 of 2014 (Narbadi Dev and others Vs. State of Haryana and others) (Annexure P-4) They jointly pray that let the present appeal be disposed of in terms of the abovesaid orders dated 26.3.2014 passed by this Court in Murti Devi's case (supra) as well as in terms of the order dated 22.8.2014 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Narbadi Dev's case (supra).
