(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-2) or directing the official respondents for cancellation of the same and also prayer for stay of operation of impugned transfer order dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-2), impugned letter/order dated 08.08.2019 (Annexure P-13) and Clause 8(i)(a) of the Transfer Policy dated 05.06.2017 (Annexure P-3) as well as relieving order of petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner intends to make a representation and he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Secondary Education, Sector 5, Panchkula, to consider the representation within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2, to consider the

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
