***** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) Applicants-appellants seek disposal of the present appeal in terms of the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court in RFA No. 1515 of 2014 (Harijan Co-operative Society Ltd. Vs. State of Haryana and another), claiming it to be a covered case.

Notice of the application to the Advocate General, Haryana. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that instant appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 22.12.2015 passed by this Court in Harijan Cooperative Society's case (supra).
