(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Jagga Singh in case FIR No.90 dated 07.09.2019 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from H.C. Amandeep, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of surrender of the petitioner before the trial Court.
In view of above, petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution.
