(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Pammi Kaur - in case FIR No.332 dated 23.08.2019 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa.

On instructions from ASI Inder Sain, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Pammi Kaur - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 30.10.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
