Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks issuance of directions upon the official respondents No.1 to 4, to ensure protection of her life and liberty, at the hands of private respondent No.5 and her two sons, and, to arrest them. In addition, the petitioner also seeks issuance of directions upon the official respondents concerned to bring the investigation of FIR No.477 dated 20.06.2019, registered at P.S. Bhiwani Sadar, District Bhiwani, to a logical end.

At the very outset, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by S.I. Bhushan, has informed this Court that investigation of the FIR (supra) has already been completed, and, the Final Report has also been prepared on 24.06.2022. He has assured this Court that, within fifteen days from today, the Final Report will be presented before the learned Court concerned. In view of the submissions made hereinabove by the learned State counsel, no further action is required to be made. However, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise her grievance(s), if any, before the learned Court concerned, through recoursing the apt statutory remedy. Moreover, in case, the petitioner approaches the learned Court concerned, through canvassing her grievance in an appropriately instituted application, the latter shall make an appropriate decision upon the same, within the prescribed parameters of law.
