Prayer in this appeal is for setting aside order dated 19.01.2017 passed by the learned Single Bench, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant challenging the order of Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, was dismissed. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of learned counsel representing the appellant submits that counsel, who has filed this appeal, has been appointed as Deputy Solicitor General of India and they have been unable to contact the appellant. He pleads no instructions to appear in this matter.

In view of the above, we are left with no other option, but to dismiss this appeal in default and for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly.
