Further, when the case was taken up on 22.08.2022, the proclamation was received duly executed and the statement of the serving police official was recorded. However, the case was adjourned to 06.09.2022 by observing that the mandatory period of 30 days had not elapsed. Even on 06.09.2022, the case was adjourned on the same ground while adjourning the case to 19.09.2022.
