The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ or directions directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to ensure the liberty and security of the petitioner, who is being threatened and harassed by respondent No.3; along with certain other prayers.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the challan has already been presented in the matter and the petitioner is not an accused in the present case any more. Therefore, the petitioner is not required by the police in this case or in any other case, at present. 4.
