**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order dated 22.12.2021, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and he is now attending the trial.

Given above, the interim order dated 22.12.2021 is made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall continue to attend all the dates in the trial Court without a single default. In case, he fails to attend the date, then it shall be open for the concerned Court to cancel the bail. However, in case, petitioner files an application for exemption before the trial Court, it shall be considered without being influenced by the previous absence.
