Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) CM-8325-C-2015 Prayer in this application, filed under Section 151,CPC, is for placing on record the order dated 02.07.2015 passed by learned executing court /Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.) Moonak.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Order dated 02.07.2015 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.) Moonak is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. RSA-1010-2015 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have resolved their disputes and effected a compromise. The decree holder has already withdrawn the execution petition SEEMA RANI 2015.07.27 14:43

R.S.A.No.1010 of 2015 (O&M) [2] in view of the compromise effected between the judgment debtor and the decree-holder.

In view of the compromise, learned counsel contends that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
