Learned counsel for both the parties urged that the matter has since been settled between the parties before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of High Court by way of written settlement (Annexure 'A), which was duly signed by both the parties. As per compromise, the parties have settled their claims and they shall bound by compromise (Annexure 'A').

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise (Annexure 'A'). The appellants shall be entitled to refund the Court fee as per Section 21 of Legal Service Authority Act, 1987.
