In paragraph 3, it has been mentioned that there is no threat to the life of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.4 as during inquiry, it was found that respondent No.4 (wife of petitioner No.2) is living separately from her in-laws. 2.

Case has been called twice, however, even on second call, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter any further.
