ANIL KSHETARPAL, J.(Oral) With the sincere efforts of learned counsel for the parties, both the parties have resolved their dispute and the appellant, who is present in the Court, has undertaken to pay Rs.45,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim to the respondent-Jagwinder Singh. Sh. Jagwinder Singh, who is identified by her counsel, accepts the aforesaid offer. The payment as undertaken shall be paid by the appellant to the respondent on or before 31.07.2018 in the learned Executing Court against proper receipt. Regular second appeal is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
