Vide order dated 01.04.2019, time had been granted to learned counsel for the appellant to take necessary steps for impleading legal representatives of deceased - respondents No. 2 and 5. Thereafter, another opportunity was afforded to the appellant on 17.05.2023. However, needful has not been done till date.

On the last date of hearing i.e. 21.07.2025, none had appeared on behalf of the appellant. Same is the position today. It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal any longer. 3.
