The present appeal pertains to the year 2015. No one had appeared on behalf of the appellants on the previous date i.e. 08.01.2024. Even today neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the appellants nor there has been any compliance of the order dated 08.01.2024. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present regular second appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
