Mr. Jitender Singh Chahal, Advocate for private respondents. HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) Present seven appeals, the details of which are mentioned in the heading, involve common point of law and common set of facts, hence, they are being dealt together. For the sake of convenience, the facts are being taken from LPA No. 1465 of 2018.
CM-2180-LPA-2025 in LPA-1465-2018 The prayer in the present applications filed by the applicants/appellants for placing on record the additional affidavit and certain documents alongwith the prayer for exemption from filing the certified copies of said documents.
Notice of the applications.
Mr. Sandeep Chhabra, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, and Mr. Jitender Singh Chahal, Advocate, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the State and private respondents, respectively. They does not raise any objection in case, the prayer made in the present applications is allowed.
Keeping in view the averments mentioned in the applications, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Copies of additional affidavit as well as certain documents are taken on record subject to all just exceptions.
LPA-1465-2018 (O&M) and connected appeals 1.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that though the impugned orders passed by the State Information Commission, Haryana in the respective writ petitions against which, the present bunch of appeals have been preferred, was upheld by the Learned Single Judge, but thereafter, on similar set of facts, certain other writ petitions came up for consideration including CWP No. 4322 of 2019, which got decided on 06.09.2024 and while recording certain findings, the said writ petitions which involved similar facts as present one were remanded back to the State Information Commission, Haryana so as to decide the issue between the parties with regard to the information sought by the private respondents. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellants further submits that keeping in view the said assertion, the State Information Commission, Haryana needs to re-look into the order dated 24.01.2018 passed by State Information Commission giving directions to the University to supply the information as has been demanded by the private respondents. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the said factual aspect and submits that he has no objection in case, the impugned
orders passed by the State Information Commission, Haryana in respective writ petitions are set-aside and the matters are remanded back to the State Information Commission, Haryana to be decided in terms of the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by the Learned Single Judge in CWP No. 4322 of 2019 alongwith connected writ petitions.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the case file with their able assistance. 5.
Keeping in view the agreement reached upon between the parties as recorded herein above, the impugned orders passed by the State Information Commission, Haryana challenged in the the respective writ petitions against which, the present bunch of appeals have been preferred, are hereby set-aside. As the main orders of State Information Commission, Haryana directing to grant the information sought by the private respondents are set-aside, no order is required to be passed upon the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge, upholding the said impugned orders in view of the facts mentioned herein before in similar cases i.e. CWP No. 4322 of 2019 alongwith connected writ petitions, which cases have already been remanded back to the State Information Commission, Haryana for passing of appropriate orders.

Hence, the issue regarding the grant of information arising in the bunch of appeals is remanded back to the State Information Commission, Haryana, for passing an appropriate order as per the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge, in CWP No. 4322 of 2019 alongwith
connected writ petitions.

The present appeals are disposed of in above terms. 8.
Pending civil miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
