The report(s) of the learned Magistrate concerned reveals that, despite the parties herein becoming directed twice by this Court to cause their respective appearances before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned, to get their respective statements recorded regarding authenticity of the compromise, as purportedly arrived at inter se them, none has caused appearance for the said purpose. 2.

Faced with the above situation, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court on the same cause of action, in case, in future the parties concerned arrive at a full and final compromise. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
