(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0151 dated 03.07.2019 under Sections 363, 366A, 506 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, submits that after registration of the FIR, offences under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 POCSO Act have been added.

Criminal Misc. No. M-42187 of 2020 -2Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one after incorporating the newly added offences. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid. However, the interim order dated 01.10.2019, whereby arrest of the petitioner was stayed, shall continue to remain in force for another 10 days from today, enabling the petitioner to file a fresh petition by incorporating the newly added sections.
