The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record the affidavit(s) of petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 as well as Annexures P-6 to P-10. 2.

Application is allowed as prayed for.

However, since there is an apparent resistance from the private respondents, therefore, respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to look into the representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioners and take appropriate steps in accordance with law to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 3.

With the above said direction, the present petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
