This appeal was originally filed in this court on 07.03.2014. After the Registry pointed out certain objections, this appeal was re-filed with an application for condonation of delay of 235 days in re-filing. Thereafter, this case was listed for first time in the Court on 19.05.2015, however, no one was present. Similarly was the position on 05.12.2015 and 22.03.2016. This appeal was filed through Sh. Brijeshwar Singh Bhalla, Advocate. On 04.09.2014, the case was called out twice but no one was present on behalf of the appellants. Today, Sh. Brijeshwar Singh Bhalla, Advocate, was requested to come present, he has appeared and pleaded no instructions on the ground that the brief has already been taken away. In these circumstances, I am left with no other choice but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

Application for restoration, if any filed, shall not be entertained without deposit of tentative costs of Rs.50,000/- with Legal Services Authority, Haryana.
