Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 390, dated 14.10.2023, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427, 506 of IPC, registered at P.S. Bilashpur, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise/affidavit dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-2), effected between the parties. 2.

Since all the concerned parties are not impleaded as party in the present compromise petition, therefore, on the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars and by impleading all the necessary and proper parties.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
