Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Gazette Notifications dated 06.06.2016 and 22.11.2017, Annexures P-4 and P-9, respectively, and reports dated 05.08.2017 and 28.06.2018, Annexures P-7 and P-13, respectively, submitted by the Chairman. 2.
Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. 3.
Counsel appearing for respondent No.6, submits qua membership No.8001, which finds mention in para 3 of the writ petition, earlier writ petition bearing CWP-17577-2024, was filed before this Court, which came up for hearing on 05.08.2024. He submits that this Court issued notice to the respondents, but specifically declined the request regarding interim stay.
