Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of an affidavit of Kuldeep Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Guhla on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, along with statements of the petitioner as well as respondents and submits that there is no threat perception subsisting. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities in case any fresh threat perception made.
