RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order, dated 01.04.2019, Annexure P-5, passed by respondent No.1, order dated 01.11.2016, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.2 and order dated 16.06.2015, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.3 vide which claim of the petitioner for appointment as Lambardar has been rejected in illegal and arbitrary manner.

Repeatedly, on last three dates there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the present case. Same is the position today also. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing this petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
