Pursuant to order dated 18.09.2017, Registrar is present in Court and states that the order debarring the appellant from further progress in the semester i.e. order/notice dated 22.09.2016 (Annexure R-10) shall be withdrawn and his result for 5th and 6th Semesters shall be declared. The appellant shall also be permitted to pursue his course in accordance with law and participate in the 7th Semester.

Consequently, the appeal is disposed of in view of the statement of the Registrar.
