Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to ensure that while acting upon the aforesaid Special Audit Report dated 21.8.2023 (Annexure P-4), the petitioner shall be given opportunity of defending himself in accordance with law.
