(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant-defendant submitted that defendants have challenged the findings of facts and law arrived at by the trial Court claiming inheritance of Jaggar Singh son of Kehar Singh on the basis of testamentary documents vis-a-vis claim of plaintiffs on the basis of intestate succession, had purchased the share of the plaintiffs and got the entry corrected but despite repeated requests, appellant did not come forward, therefore, Mr. Singla expressed his predicament. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the appeal in case something survives therein.
