ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Plaintiffs-appellants are in the regular second appeal against the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the courts below while dismissing a suit for declaration filed by the plaintiffs challenging registered sale deed dated 15.01.1971 and mutation sanctioned thereupon on the ground of fraud and impersonation.

The suit was instituted in the year 2006. Both the courts after examining the evidence available on the file have found that there is no evidence to prove the fraud or misrepresentation. Plaintiffs are grand sons of Chhaju. Although, learned counsel for the appellants made sincere attempt to persuade this court to take a different view, however, keeping in view the concurrent findings of fact arrived at by the courts below, which are neither shown to be perverse nor result of misreading of evidence, this court does not find any good ground to interfere in second appeal. Still further, the registered sale deed executed has been challenged after a period of approximately 35 years.
