(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the impugned transfer order dated 20.09.2019 (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioner has been transferred without considering the circumstances that father of petitioner is old age person and his wife is posted at Samalkha, Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied if the present writ petition is treated as representation and a direction is issued to respondent No.2-Director Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, to consider the same within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to treat present writ petition as representation and direct respondent No.2, to consider the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
