Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 18.11.2021 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Additional Sessions JudgePOCSO Court, Rohtak in FIR No.365 dated 10.06.2021 lodged for offence under Sections 452, 354-A, 376, 511, 506, 120-B IPC, 1860, Sections 25, 29A of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 10 of POCSO Act, 2012 (Annexure P-2) at Police Station City Rohtak, District Rohtak whereby prosecution filed an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to summon the petitioner as an additional accused.

At the outset, learned Senior counsel, upon instructions, seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
