(Oral) CM-2414-C-2022 This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for withdrawal of the main appeal in view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties. Mr. B.S. Khehar, Advocate and Mr. Jaivir S. Chandel, Addl. Standing Counsel, UT Chandigarh appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and respondent nos.3 and 4, respectively, state that they have no objection if the present application is allowed and the main appeal is permitted to be withdrawn.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal, which is fixed for 10.10.2022, is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off.
