  Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to consider his representation dated 15.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) for grant of interim bail to him, to attend the Bhog Ceremony of his parental uncle (Tayaji) on 21.12.2021 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parental uncle (Taya Ji) of the petitioner has passed away on 12.12.2021 and the petitioner intends to attend his Bhog Ceremony. On the other hand, the learned State counsel opposes the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Needless to observe that in a Bhog Ceremony of parental Uncle (Taya Ji), the presence of the petitioner is imperative, but not necessary. This Court is not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner for the aforesaid reason.
