The plaintiff's suit for partition was brought by the plaintiff against his brother's purchaser. He also moved an instant suit for injunction. The relief of injunction was declined on the ground that the defendant himself is purchaser from co-owner and therefore, himself a co-owner and relief of injunction cannot be sustained. 2.
