(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by Divisional Canal Officer Mansa and order dated 02.06.2023 (Annexure P-5) and order dated 25.07.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by Superintending Canal Officer Circle Sirhind Ludhiana as illegal, ultravires and void. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the parties have amicably resolved the issue, thus he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so.
