(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.20, dated 27.09.2017, registered under Sections 420, 409 and 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, Jalandhar, Rural, Punjab, which was registered to re-investigate the complaint, dated 20.04.2016, filed by respondent No.2, which was ultimately dismissed and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, dated 01.05.2024, Annexure P-3, and compromise, dated 07.08.2024, Annexure P-4.

Learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the compromise alleged.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to pursue her remedies before the trial Court as available to her in accordance with law.
