! " are taken up together for hearing and decision being arisen out of the same FIR, at request and with consent of learned counsel for the parties. 2.
As per facts of the case, complainant Ashish filed written complaint with the allegations that he became friendly with Bablu and Sagar. They assured to arrange Government Job for him in Haryana and in return it was told that it would costs Rs.11.50 lakhs to get the job. He made payment on different dates. When his work was not done, ultimately Bablu returned Rs.4 lakhs through bank and complainant requested to return amount of Rs.7.50 lakhs several times but they started giving threats to kill him. With these allegations, present FIR was registered. 3.
In the case in hand, matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre where the parties have arrived at compromise. Compromise/settlement deed dated 14.11.2024 received according to which all terms and conditions are settled.

Learned counsel representing complainant has not objected to the anticipatory bail applications filed by the aforesaid petitioners. It is pointed out that accused has already deposited Rs.2.10 lakhs by way of bank draft with the Registry as per order dated 10.10.2024 in CRM-M-508642024 titled Mahender Singh Vs. State of Haryana and said amount be released in his favour.
Learned counsel representing Mahender Singh gave his no objection to the prayer of counsel for complainant.

Status report has been filed in CRM-M-44800-2024 and in CRM-M-46478-2024. Learned counsel representing State also confirmed the aforesaid compromise arrived at between the parties before Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Considering the aforesaid factual position, no purpose would be served by sending petitioners behind the bars as matter is already settled with respondent/complainant through Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Therefore, anticipatory bail applications filed by Sagar 8CRM-M-448002024] and Bablu [CRM-M-46478-2024] are allowed. In case they are arrested, they be released on bail to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer subject to condition that they will join investigation as and when required. They will not tamper with or interfere with investigation and will not leave the country without prior permission as provided under Section 482 (2) of BNSS, 2023. 7.
Petitioner - Mahender Singh [CRM-M-50864-2024] has been granted interim bail vide order dated 10.10.2024 and the same stands confirmed subject to the same terms and conditions. 8.
Registry is further directed to release demand draft of Rs.2.10 lakhs already deposited by petitioner - Mahender Singh in favour of complainant Ashish son of Parmod Kumar, as per Rules. 9.
Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.
