Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jalalabad not to conclude the trial or to pronounce final judgment in criminal complaint bearing No. COMI-21 dated 16.03.2017 titled as "Gurcharan Singh v. Harbans Singh & Others" under Sections 427, 447, 382, 323, 504, 506, 148 & 149 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Jalalabad, District Fazilka before the decision of Criminal Revision No. 181 of 2019, which is pending for hearing on 20.11.2019 in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka.

Having perused the averments made, this Court is of the considered view that no ground is made out to accept the present petition and as such, the same stands dismissed.
