(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to submit status report in FIR No.81 dated 25.04.2025 under Sections 316(4), 318(4), 324(4), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa (Annexure P-6) after conducting a fair and proper investigation in the said FIR by joining the petitioner in the investigation of the said FIR and also seeking direction to official respondents to decide representation dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-6).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation (Annexure P-3) be decided in a time bound manner.
