Mr. Rajinder Goel, Advocate for respondents No. 2 to 10. **** CM-6079-C-2023 This is an application moved on behalf of appellant for withdrawal of the present appeal contending that since the matter has been compromised between the parties, therefore, the appellant does not want to proceed further with the appeal and is desirous of withdrawing the same. Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 to 10 admit the factum of compromise having been arrived at between the parties, therefore, the date of hearing fixed in the main case as 14.9.2023 is preponed for today. The application is allowed.
