By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner-Society has approached this Court inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3, to decide 63 arbitration cases filed under Sections 102 and 103 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984, Annexure P-1, which are stated to be pending before the authorities.

Pursuant to order dated 03.04.2024, passed by this Court, status report has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, wherein it has submitted that as of May, 2024, only fourteen cases are pending. 3.
In view of this development, counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
