NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the letter dated 05.09.2022 (Annexure P-5), letter (Annexure P-5/1) as well as letter dated 08.09.2022 (Annexure P-8). Further prayer has been made to restrain the operation of the impugned orders during the pendency of the present petition. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to take back the petitioner on duty, with all consequential benefits w.e.f. 05.09.2022, including the payment of salary and allowances, along with interest.

Short reply on behalf of the respondents has been filed in the Court, which is taken on record.
