In the present civil writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 02.09.2024 vide which the petitioner was transferred from GNDTP, Bathinda to DS Circle, Amritsar.

Vide order dated 10.09.2024, this Court had stayed the operation of impugned order dated 02.09.2024. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already retired on 31.03.2025.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition has become infructuous. 5.
