The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 to 5 to provide the basic civic amenities to the petitioner and other residents of Dasmesh Colony of Zirakpur including proper sewerage and proper drainage of water logging in the area during the rainy season. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the petition and that necessary documents have not been placed on record. He prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
