**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that after taking lease of agricultural land, the petitioner approached the official respondents to claim benefit of subsidy, which is being given to the similarly situated persons in the village. Owing to inaction on behalf of the respondents, the petitioner even got legal notice issued on 16.03.2021. Petitioner has already incurred huge amount to run fishery business in the form of digging of ponds, installation of electric motor with three phase electricity meter, floating fish and fish feed etc. Notice of motion.
