The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.0145 dated 13.07.2020, under Sections 306, 354-C IPC (Sections 120-B, 201 IPC added later on) and Section 67(a) of the IT Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
