The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 10.07.2025 (Annexure P-14), whereby remaining cross examination of PW2 (petitioner/plaintiff) has been treated as nil and the case has been adjourned for the remaining plaintiff evidence. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.07.2025 the trial Court has treated the cross-examination of the petitioner as 'Nil'. Thereafter, the petitioner has moved an application before the Trial Court to record her testimony through video-conferencing, which has been declined. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner prays that one last opportunity may be granted to the petitioner to appear through video-conferencing for her cross-examination. Without going further into the merits of the case, one last opportunity is given to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court through video conferencing mode for recording of her cross-examination. Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is directed to record the crossexamination of the petitioner through video conferencing mode. 4.
