Mr. Aakash Singla, Advocate, for the complainant. NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) CRM-45423 of 2022 This application has been filed by the applicant-petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of the main petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.

Notice.

Mr. Adhiraj Singh, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and states that he has no objection if applicantpetitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition, but without liberty to file fresh one.

In view of the above, application is disposed of. CRM-M-49169 of 2022 (O&M) This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.116 dated 19.09.2022 RAVINDER SINGH 2022.12.13 08:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

-2CRM-M-49169 of 2022 (O&M) under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur, Punjab.

On 21.10.2022 following order was passed: - "This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.116 dated 19.09.2022 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur.

The learned State counsel submits that three other FIRs on similar allegations have been registered against the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the complainant has placed on record copy of two such FIRs which have been registered against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to verify the above said factual position.

Adjourned to 14.11.2022."

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
