Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the parties have entered into a compromise and based on that they have filed a petition for divorce by mutual consent. First motion statements of the parties already stand recorded.

Learned State counsel, on the other hand, on instructions from L/ASI Rekha, submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 2.11.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation, and is no longer required for the purpose.
