Mr. Vikramjeet Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent No.4 not to harass the petitioners by calling them at Police Station without assigning any reason and without adopting proper procedure of law envisaged under Section 160 Cr.P.C. 2.

Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. DAG, Punjab appears on advance notice on behalf of the official respondents and on instruction from ASI Darshan Singh submits that there is no case pending against either of the petitioners and they are not required in any case as on date at Bathinda. 3.

The aforesaid statement made by State Counsel satisfies the counsel for the petitioners.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition for adjudication at the hands of this Court. Consequently, the same is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
